Here's one for you ..there's reports that you have to take a selftest atk and report the result via MorChana on day6/7. Is this only for those entering bluelist(sandbox) or is it greenlisters as well ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether all travelers entering Thailand must take a self-test antigen test (ATK) and report the result via the MorChana app on days 6 or 7. Comments indicate that it may apply to everyone, with specific mention of quarantine packages for those quarantining for just one day.

I read somewhere that the atk on day 6 is required from everyone. For those quarantining 1 day the kit should be provided in the AQ package (1 night + 1 PCR + 1 atk). I'll try to find back the source and will post it

That's the bangkok post graphic that mis labeled the requirement that the flight must be chartered. Also, this is the 1st I've seen stating Thais don't need health insurance. As of now, Thai nationals need to buy covid coverage if their domestic plan won't provide the certificate (most haven't been). I wouldn't take this info graphic as law.

That graphic is from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, not the Bangkok Post. It correctly (though not clearly) indicates that flights to Buriram must be chartered, not all flights to all airports. And MFA has since reiterated that Thai nationals are NOT required to show proof of health insurance (unlike the rule for the Phuket Sandbox).

Actually you're right, I stand corrected. The need to Thais to have covid insurance was for the Phuket Sandbox. They didn't need covid coverage if they were doing ASQ in Bangkok.
