Or real lease so that is not a rent but using the word ' lease' so buying a condo of at least 10M but and pay it in steps not further specified

Is quite Claire easy to understand. If you have a lease contract of one month you can expect that the bank believes that you are going to be short time in thailand. That is not a real customer

Do not understand. Dtac can be submitted 3 days before traveling. So do not understand that you submitted now. Not a drac.
