Hi, very happy with the information in this group. Need your help now. Relates to COE.
I do have a non o retirementvisa that expires NB IMPORTANT januari 2n 2021.
Since a few days it is possible to apply with this visa for a COE. Need same insurances as AO visum.
If I arrive December 30th 2020 in Bangkok airport. Do I get 90 days and will be transported to ASQ or will I be transported to ASQ and get a stamp for 90 days on januari 14 or no srtamp at all.
So my question is: do I get a stamp for 90 days before or after ASQ.
Thanks .John John Blom
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the process of receiving a 90-day entry stamp in Thailand upon arriving with a Non-O retirement visa just before the expiration date. They specifically asked whether the stamp is issued before or after the ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) process. The general consensus from the comments indicates that the entry stamp for 90 days is provided upon arrival at the airport, prior to going to ASQ.
