ORIGINAL POSTERIs 3million THB condo rule applicable for individuals that bought a condo before this rule was paased? For exmaple, if someone bought a 5m or 6m condo in 2020 or 2021 but never applied for investment visa by adding additional 5/4m to meet 10m. Would that original purchase will be considered for the new 3m clause or a new 3m purchase post law publishing date is required?
