I’ve had a lump sum of £20000 (880k baht) in an Isa for over 6 months would that be ok as showing proof of funds?

Also my only work is hands off property investing through a Ltd company.

Do you think I’d qualify for the visa?

Hi everyone, we are about to buy a condo in Thailand! we are expats, we don’t live in Thailand so we would be coming on a tourist visa, we we’re wondering if we can open a Thai bank account? We would like to pay our foreign funds into this account instead of handing all this money to agent initially, we a bit scared of that, Question : is it possible to open a thai bank account while on a tourist visa ? Could someone please help me clarify a definite answer for Thailand Investment Visa.

I am thinking of investing in Thailand by buying a new property (condominium unit, owned by Thai nationals over 51%).

A few sources states that not only the investor but also the investor’s family members are eligible for the investment visa.

Is it the correct information? And if it is, how does it actually work?

- Buying/ Investing under all the family members’ names or just under 1 (investor’s) name?

- Where could I find the legitimate source of information concerning Thailand Investment Visa?

With the still rising covid cases / more lockdown , how is this affecting the condo market in Bangkok ? For relatively new units, is the price decreasing? Are there any good websites / news to follow to get a sense of the property market there ?

Does anyone on here use Rental income as income to obtain OA visa in the UK? I have money in bank and income from property = over 800,000 bhat but on my last post someone said income from property wouldn't be accepted??? So what can I do?
