I've been here 4 months and don't have a flight out, no problem just ensure you fill out a departure card as they want a copy of that, I lost mine so I need to keep reporting it lost to the police. All good

I have been here over 3 months, it will really depend on which immigration office you deal with for extensions. Generally there is no problem with extensions, 1900 bhat pet 30 day extension, I came over from Melbourne on a 30 day visa,
