With the ongoing military action in the middle east many flights are canceled that route thru that part of the world..
At this time there has been no announcement from the Thai govt/Thai immigrations about any "amnesty" due to overstay because of flight cancellations.
If your flight out had been cancelled and you've ran your current entry/extension stamp down, you can go to the immigration office and apply for a 7 day "get outta dodge" stamp for 1900 baht.
It is actually an "extension of stay not approved" stamp that gives you a week to get out of Thailand.
Overstay fines are still in effect and as it is now, even if your flight is cancelled you'd still incur them if you overstayed your current stamp.
A friend arrived at Suvarnabhumi visa exempt and was (we assume) accidentally stamped in for 60 days. Visitors from his country are only permitted 14 days visa exempt. Any idea what might happen if he follows what's been stamped and stays say a total of 3 weeks?

I received a non o visa good from Nov 14 to Feb 11. My arrival and departure dates on my airline tickets are Dec 5 2025 to March 4 2026. Will I be able to get an extension on my Non O visa or will I need to fly out of Thailand and come back in on visa exempt or some other scheme.
I’d like to inquire about my first 90-day reporting for my retirement visa in Bangkok. The date in my passport is listed as 14th June. Am I required to report exactly on that date, or is it possible to do so a few days earlier?
Also, could you please let me know what documents or requirements I should prepare for the reporting?
