He might not be wrong. I had a Thai friend who works at immigration, and there is much talk about how it was a mistake.

I can see this visa being void by the end of 2025, with extensions not being issued. It's being abused and the wrong people (often through agents) and getting this 5 year ability to abuse Thailand. This is just my opinion. We will all have to wait and see.

I asked my branch where I opened my account 3 years ago on a tourist visa and checked if everything was ok. They looked at my account and said no problems at all, I don't need to worry. All I have ever done is load my account monthly with WISE, and pay my rent, bills, and scan for purchases.

There was a post on aseannow forum from an individual who did obtain a same-sex marriage visa. Maybe post on there and see how it worked. Good luck!

Go to your school and get a graduation letter. Take that to your local immigration office and get your education visa finished. Then exit the country and do your DTV
