I got married to a Thai lady this year and I got the marriage visa with the one year extension. I used an agent there’s no way I could’ve figured it out without a good agent lots of paperwork.

and since the money has to be in there for two months before you can get your retirement visa you have to get on it so you don’t miss the amount of time you have available. The money I put in the two months will be done two weeks before the three months are up.

I just went through that and my agent was awesome. They handled everything for me. I did have to leave the country and go to Laos to the city where they had a agent office. I had to stay there for five days and then I got my type 0 visa. when I got back to Thailand they got all the paperwork together so I can open up a bank account. Now my money is seasoning until October 22. it’s a tight race to make sure I got the bank account open and got the money in so it gets sent two months before my three month VA expired.

I use the Visa agent to Thailand also had an office Luang Probang, Loas. I had to stay Five days I got my typo visa. For me agents were worth the money. when you come back, you only have about 15 days to get your bank account open and then you can let your money in the account for two months

I just went there and got type O visa I did not need any police records or criminal history. I use a visa agent. They also had an office there so their agent was able to get my Visa in five days and I was flying back to Thailand. I opened a bank account a week later.

if you’re in Thailand already you’ll have to leave and go to another country to get the Type O visa. I want to Loas because my visa agent had an office there. Then when you come back the visa I think it’s called a residency document. You only have 90 days to get your money in the bank season it for two months and then get your retirement visa. that’s how it worked for me anyway.
