I agree if you put the money into a house, she will own the house and then when she kicks you out, you will have nothing. I’m with a Thai woman who has a beautiful beautiful house. i’m using a Visa agent to get a marriage visa I have to leave the country to get a type O. Visa.  so I can get a checking account. They have a thing called red carpet entry where they meet you at the airport and make sure that you get in without any problems. They actually have you take a picture of yourself before you board the flight to Thailand and then they give the picture  to the agents at the airport so they know they’ll let you in
I had the same thing happened the last time I came back from the United States. They acted like they weren’t gonna let me back in. They said it will be the last time. It was very frustrating. They really don’t want us here.
I just started using a visa agent and they said they have a process where they’ll actually make sure you get to at the airport. They said they’ll meet you and make sure you make it through of course for a price. It didn’t seem like that much money though only ฿8000
I want to  Vietnam one day when I came back to Thailand. Then too much later, I went to the United States and stayed three weeks. When I came back to Thailand, they almost didn’t let me back in the country. They said next time I might not be able to come back in.
Yes, it’s quite the Catch-22. I want to star visa services in Shanghai today.  they said I have to go to Laos.  then go to the visa service there they would get me a type O  three month visa. Then I could come back here and get a checking account. They would help me get the checking
account.  it’s expensive in Thai money not so bad in US money. For everything not counting the plane flight  and hotels with everything I think it’s gonna cost me about $4000.
