Looking for recommendations for DTV visa agency in Hua Hin

Hi,

I have arrived to Phuket on a tourist visa from the USA, got a condo lease for one year, tried to open a bank account so I could apply for retirement visa but with no luck. Went to several banks and everywhere it’s the same story: “ can’t open a bank account on a tourist visa “

So what options do I have?

I qualify for retirement visa because I am over 50, have enough money in the US bank to fulfill the requirement and transfer to Thai bank. I have enough passive income from the US (but not enough to qualify for wealthy individual type visa).

I understand an agency or a law firm is my only option?

I would be OK with paying the fee, but I want to go with the right one who can get the job done

So I’m looking for recommendations and referrals from people who had actually used them and were very happy with the results and got their retirement visa.

I entered Thailand as a tourist and received a 60 day entry stamp, I’ve used my 30 day extension, my 30 days are up soon. I’ve heard of a border run too extend my stay in Thailand. I have no idea how to go about it, Any advice on where would be the best bet to do so etc? I’m currently in Pattaya.

Hi guys, I am currently on my 30 day visa exempt extension. I am looking for some recommendations for agencies to do a Bangkok to Cambodia same day boarder run for a 60 day tourist visa. If I am on visa exemption is there any way of getting a tourist visa at the embassy? Or a agency that can get this sorted without needing to go to the boarder?. My plan is next month to study, so I will eventually be changing my tourist visa to a educational visa of which I have school in mind (awaiting school term to open) I need a 60 day tourist visa in the meantime.
