It shouldn‘t be difficult to copy the dates stamped in a passport, where the exact entry and expiration dates are stamped. If you really had written correct into the online space and got rejected, then you really should go to IO.

I suppose a couple of years ago there was no e-visa set up and you were corresponding directly with the embassy Since e-visa system (started 2022) you can‘t interact with the embassy through mails or phone any more

may I ask you how much it costs at this age with a high coverage (in and outbound patient)? I g tot an offer and its much more than a Thai insurance with the same coverage

I just read in another Thai Visa group about the same problem, the immigration there told then the online site has a computer problem 🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you perhaps been travelling and spending a night somewhere (guest house, hotel) ? where they made TM30 for you and this remains as address until you do another TM30 at return to your home adress.
