Does my September 90-day report count as my first or second notification after a retirement extension in Thailand?

I got my retirement extension in Feb, 1st 90day due in April, but I went back to UK on the 1st April urgently. I came back with my re entry in June and the IO changed the next 90day to September. Now I know your first 90 report has to be in person but I was wondering if the sep 90 is my first or second notification. If it's the 2nd then I can do it online?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user wants clarification on whether their upcoming September 90-day report is considered the first or second notification since they had a retirement extension in February and traveled back to the UK. Initially, they reported their understanding that the first 90-day report must be done in person, but since they returned to Thailand in June, they were unsure if they could do the September report online. Commenters confirmed that since they hadn't completed a 90-day report in person yet, the September report would count as the first one, thus requiring them to file it in person.

I have moved since re entry, getting a new tm30 from landlord this Tuesday. So I suppose the September 90 day ext. Will need to be in person.

it's just a 90 day report, nothing to do with your visa.

It resets every time you reenter.

Do the first one in person, then register and do it online from then on if you want.

How long were you in Thailand already before you got the 1 year EoS? I assume you already had your first 90 days while getting the extension if it was based on a non-immigrant O visa

You don't do a 90 day report while on a Non-O as it's a 90 day stamp, 90 day reports start when on an Extension of Stay

Since you havent done one before it will be your first. If your address (and TM.30) don’t change you should be able to do the second one online.
