Re Phuket Immigration office 103 for EoS (Extension of Stay).
I just visited the office and asked for the actual and detailed list of requirements for our 2nd application for the one year EoS based on non-immi O 90 days retirement visa. I got the list with some handwritten added points (see screenshot, last point no. 10 was already cut off from the office, but I know what it says ;) ).
Here my question: No. 3: quote: "Updated your address at room 101 or Drive thru before extension".
What does this mean? I already have updated TM30+90 days report/approved slip in my passport. Do I need an additional Certificate of Residence for the application?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the requirements for their second application of Extension of Stay (EoS) for a one-year renewal based on a Non-Immigrant O retirement visa at the Phuket Immigration office. They received a list of requirements that included a point about updating their address before applying. The user already has their TM30 and 90-day report approved and is uncertain if they need an additional Certificate of Residence. Feedback from commenters suggests the requirement might indicate needing a new TM30 as some immigration offices expect it to be filed on the day of the EoS application.
