Re Phuket Immigration office 103 for EoS (Extension of Stay).
I just visited the office and asked for the actual and detailed list of requirements for our 2nd application for the one year EoS based on non-immi O 90 days retirement visa. I got the list with some handwritten added points (see screenshot, last point no. 10 was already cut off from the office, but I know what it says ;) ).
Here my question: No. 3: quote: "Updated your address at room 101 or Drive thru before extension".
What does this mean? I already have updated TM30+90 days report/approved slip in my passport. Do I need an additional Certificate of Residence for the application?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about a stipulation from the Phuket Immigration office regarding the need to update their address for their second application for a one-year Extension of Stay on a non-immigrant O 90-day retirement visa. They are uncertain if this requires a new TM30 form, even though they previously submitted the TM30 and have a 90-day reporting slip. Responses suggest a possibility that a new TM30 may be needed, similar to requirements in Jomtien.
