Go to laos do and it yourself 10k baht laos was beautiful and the embassy was patient and helpful

Why are you doing it online? Did something change as I understood Vientiane is an in person application. So you can fill out the paper one and hand it in, at any rate you apply at the embassy of the country you are currently in when doing it online.
