How can I follow up on my pending DVT visa application from the Thai consulate in New York?

So I applied for the DVT on a remote work in New York and paid and it went to processing. Now it's been almost a month and half haven't gotten anything back so I'm concerned. How do I follow-up? I'm currently out of the country.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about the status of their DVT visa application submitted to the Thai consulate in New York, as it has been over a month without updates. Responses suggest checking the online eVisa system for application status, noting that processing can take up to 15 business days. Others share their own experiences with visa processing times and suggest directly contacting the consulate for assistance.

Should show pending, or additional document request on the online application page

My application took two days once I got the right documents to the consulate in Vancouver, then I applied for my wife, and that took one day, something is definitely wrong with your application, you can always phone them, at least the Consulate Vancouver accepts phone calls, and actually answers the phone and talks to you without any difficulty at all, one time they even called me, they have been so easy to deal with

how about you log IN to the online eVisa system and check the status on your pending application? usually can take UP TO 15 business days (that's no weekends OR holidays 😮 ) for them to update the status

They post 15 business days processing time on the New York thai consulate website
