Yes I hold employment pass in Singapore and have marriage visa in Thailand. Unfortunately singapore stopped doing the 1 year multi entry marriage visa during covid. All you can get now in Singapore is the 90 non O based on marriage

Only culinary ones with the likes of Blue Elephant which are not cheap. But suspect some cheaper ones will start popping up soon for visas.
