They are on the ball this week.

It's all coming to an end staying here on tourist visas, slowly but surely.

Strange they continue to issue visas. That's down too being 2 totally seperate depts.

One would assume at some stage, they will simply stop issuing visas to organisations sending people from Chiang Mai.

Who knows.
Ron *******
I'm guessing you can apply but will be refused.
Ron *******
You need the work permit to work/ volunteer along with the visa.

Just for clarification for the modern traveller 😎

It has to be exchangeable currency. Indian rupees, Indonesia rupees, Lao Kip for instance, amongst many others, are closed currencys and as much use as a chocolate Teapot.

I believe it's coming with the Embassys and consulates moving too Digital applications for visas.

Apparently they all have to be switched over by the end of 2019.

Tip of the day.

Be sure when renewing in the UK to tick the box to have your old passport returned when you post it off for renewal. If not, it's gone and destroyed.

Dan Goodwin if you have a previous denial of entry and was entered into the system, it's always going to be there.

How that pans out the next time you arrive, you won't know until you do it.

You say you don't know why you was denied entry? That seems strange. They would of given you the reason they wasn't going to land you.
