In fairness, I have no problem with disable etc having no need to queue. It's with these agents i have the problem, simply turning up with clients and walking too the front.

It's as bad as people hogging sun beds with towels left on them in the middle of the night.

Last year after a whole host of problems, the PM said The ministry of Home affairs and immigration must get a system in place and start working together. Wether that has happened, who knows? For sure though, this guy is one of his favourite rising stars and nobody can dispute his commitment to getting things done.
