je can't use this kind of ticket because it last in 72 hours max . The application Can make longer to get aprouved. Hé must buy a refundable ticket

they don't request for a whole passport. A refundable ticket from home country to Thaïland will be ok

do not provide them with a ticket from Indonesia, if you do you will be refused. I advise you to buy a 100% refundable plane ticket from your country of residence to Thailand. I experienced the same situation a few months ago I bought a 100% refundable one-way ticket from Qatar Airways. I refunded my ticket after my visa was approved
