Laurence Thomas Muir-McMurtrie Why the fcuk would Thai tax Australian Superannuation, it had already been taxed while the money from my monthly earnings was flowing and accumulating into my Super fund. I got my Australian super as a lump sum without a cent in tax. Who is going to tax me again?

David Astley The TM30 form has no passport number on it.

If the agent used the same address (and landlord name) then you should be OK with the TM30 you already have.

Not sure if the agent used their own company name (instead of the landlord name) then you need a new TM30.

If you came on a 60 days exemption, then travelled to Japan for any days, when you are back to Thai you get another 60 days visa exempt. Unless you have a history of border bouncing.
