umm, im pretty sure thats not how it works. you have to be present in the country for each 90 day extension.

 I just did one at promenada 30 days ago after my landlord did it online, so you can definitely do it there online or not

 I think mine came in 4 or 5 weeks, but they told me it could take 6, so yeah id do it right away
