Looks like I might have a few hours to wait for my flight from Udon Thani airport. Anybody know that airport? Is there a coffee shop or restaurant or even good seating where I can sit 3 or 4 hours? Thanks a million.

Just an update today was my first border bounce with my multiple entry Non O married to a Thai visa , left from Saraburi 430 am this morning and arrived at Chong Chom at 9am solid 4and a half hrs drive 😪 got stamped out went over got my cambodian visa went to the o - Machi duty-free then went and got stamped out of Cambodia, went to the border gate filled out the TM6 form handed it with passport guy asked me if my address was correct and I replied yes it's my wifes mother's house we live there my wife was also with me , got stamped back in for another 3 months easy as , then it was the long drive back took 5 hrs getting back because of traffic now enjoying a well earned beer 🍺. Best way to get to Vientiane from Udon Thani airport?

Is there a bus from Udon Thani airport direct to Vientiane? Or will it stop at the border and have to get another bus?

Could anybody tell me how long it will take me to get to udon airport from Vientiane/ Thai friendship bridge, in a taxi, and cost please. Thanks in advance

Has anyone been to the Vientiane Thai consulate in the last week? I am wondering how busy it is there. If I book a flight back to BKK for 6:30pm, does it give me sufficient time for passport pick-up? TIA
