My partner and I stayed in Away Chiang Mai Thapae Resort twice during March (a total of around 14 nights). It is a very comfortable boutique hotel with great service, nice large rooms and only 10 minutes walk from Tha Pae Gate (just far enough away to be nice and quiet at night). We stayed in one of the ground level direct pool access rooms, which was a nice bonus. If you are driving a car, they also have plenty of parking. We will definitely stay there again when we next visit Chiang Mai. Happy trails.
I’m not sure how this would help me (my understanding is that a “juristic person” would be used in the management of an entire condo building/complex, not an individual condo). Am I missing something?
Every time Thailand has a rule change, a bunch of people get caught out during the transitional phase. Assuming the expected new rules are gazetted soon, departure airport staff will struggle to comply with a rule relaxation which doesn’t take effect until the next day, resulting in many denied boardings. Avoid the grief, buy some insurance (it’s inexpensive) and apply for a Thailand Pass (which is super quick and easy these days). Good luck.
