I am looking for a Property Agent to manage renting OUT a condominium in Bangkok. I realise many things can be informal compared to other parts of the world, however I’d like some formal protections in place before strangers start inspecting the condo (while I am abroad). Most offices don't facilitate rentals, they simply hold the keys and let agents show the units.Mike *******
