What additional documents do I need to submit on arrival in Bangkok after the Thailand Pass approval?

Hey folks. Iā€™m travelling to BKK tomorrow. I have all pre-departure arrangements and documents sorted, including approved Thailand Pass. One question ā€¦ is there a further document I need to submit on arrival (aside from the normal Arrival card that the Crew hand out during flight)? Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers arriving in Bangkok are required to fill out the normal Arrival Card, along with the T8 Health Declaration Form. It's advised to download and prefill the T8 form to save time upon arrival. Additionally, ensure that the quarantine hotel name is noted on the documents provided by the airline crew.

I arrived in BKK tonight, and can now confirm there are two forms to complete, the T8 form and a health declaration (plus the normal arrival card). Thanks again folks.

Does anyone who landed during the past few days have an update?

They give you a big white slip. Only thing the check is that the name of your quarantine hotel is on that slip.

You can also download, print and prefill the T8 Health Declaration Form. Saves you time from filling out on arrival.

Not sure, but when I went to Phuket last July it was needed and I was glad that I had it printed and prefilled.
