It depends on your circumstance…are you staying their long term? Are you moving around every 2-3 months?…

a great SIM card to use is the AIS marathon card that’s unlimited 4g/3h spores and you don’t get throttled until you hit 100GB cost is ฿1,800 per year…

3BB fiber is great I get 800mb D/L and 550mb U/L I pay ฿775 a month, but you will have to buy a 6G router and 6G capable wires for it…

I’m guessing you have a UK Passport so yes you can come on a 30 day visa free waiver stamp which if you want to you can extend for 30 days at your local immigration office…I’m not sure what type of visa you applied for but if it’s the 60 day SETV you fwb buy that at any Thai embassy/consulate

you can purchase a Cooler, ice daily and a cheap fan, rig up some PVC pipes as exhausts and you have a poor mans Aircon

some have some don't have...but almost all at this price point don't have lifts so the higher you go the less the rent...but the more you have to carry your bags and groceries....
