basically the home owner has to have you as a resident on their tambien bahn (blue book) with that you go to your local district office then after all the paperwork is completed you get the yellow book and the pink ID card…I did mine without a 90 day report
You have to be on a tambien then you go to your local district office and submit the paperwork it must be translated into Thai, pay the fee ฿100 or so then you’re registered….times vary….good luck
