Yes, although I showed her the visa on my mobile phone today, I will have to include a printed copy on my application.

As it happens the Immigration officer at Suvarnabhumi airport made a copy, then gave it to me with my passport.

A few years back I arrived and stayed in Pattaya for a few days, before going to my home in Korat.

When I went to Korat IMO they fined me 800 Baht, my Thailand partner would not contest it or explain.

I assumed they thought I had been in Korat those few days, prior to filing the TM 30.

Should report within 24 hrs of arriving, or nearest.
