I have my test on a Sunday pm, the clinic tod me to expect results anytime up to midnight Monday.If they are emailed before 17-00hrs I can use the local library.
Anytime after that I'm stumped, I catch the early morning train for Manchester airport Tuesday

Ronald Jackson. It might be worth checking with Manchester Airport to see if there are any print facilities there. Generally, lounges will do it (for a price!) but there may be some other option. It would surprise me if an airport the size of Manchester wouldn't have print facilities, but it's a case of knowing where to. Send a message to the airport

They do a 3hr result test, I can also look for a printing station if I need one.
Don't depart until November 30.
