I came last month and had no time to. We were escorted till the very end where we meet hotel staff driver and only asked if we need to use restroom, however you can ask your hotel staff to get you a sim card, 7 eleven delivery services and grab. You can try and bribe the driver to take you to the atm after immigration. There is one after baggage.

Wait and see.
Before nov 1, no access to sim, some atm in baggage area.
In phuket though for sandbox can get sim and atm no problem.. So it might change for the Nov 1 in BKK.

I called DTAC when I got back to the UK in April and they extended my number, it was 40bt for a year. Call your provider and they can ID you with your passport and you should be able to get your number on the new sim

Contacted AIS call centre gave them SIM card serial and telephone number.They told me it had been expired for over 45 days, and could not be recalled.

I contacted them on Twitter and they got back to me in a few hours, gave them my number and they asked for the passport to verify and it was all sorted in a dayKendal **********

Not possible unless there's an ATM close to baggage claim because once you leave there everything is fully biosecure

I couldn't when I landed in July. You pretty much get escorted to your awaiting transport to AQ hotel .

I haven’t, but from posts on here that’s not possible. You are processed on arrival and placed directly in the transport to your hotel. At the hotel (for most) they will allow deliveries from 7-11s and Grab, etc.
