From reading posts here that can be at anytime. Where people are having problems is that they get no rejection or acceptance. From reports there are major issues if you use a hotmail or outlook or private domain email address, but a gmail account works.

if you can get a QR code for your vaccine jabs, you might get a very quick response. My wife and I also called +6625728442 and I got my TP the next morning. If you call, best time is after 8:30am Thailand time. If you are lucky, the person that answers may speak good English.
