What address should I put on the TM6 card when re-entering Thailand after a short stay in an SHA+Q hotel?

I've been to Thailand many times pre COVID, but to be sure in these strict re entry times, I have a question.

When filling the TM 6 card, would you have to put the SHA+Q hotel staying only one night " hopefully".

Also the house address where I will spend the duration of my visit 60 days +.

Or just the house address only, that I normally show.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out the TM6 card for re-entry to Thailand, it appears that you should list your regular house address where you will stay for the duration of your visit (60 days), rather than the SHA+Q hotel where you will stay for just one night. Some travelers mentioned that immigration may ask for both addresses but ultimately wanted to know the permanent residence address. It seems there is little scrutiny over the details provided, so listing your normal address is generally recommended.

My own experience is from two arrivals with 14 day ASQ hotel stays then at my condo. There’s a pre-immigration document check and they wanted to know both the hotel and the onward address. One traveler kept repeating he didn’t know where he was going to be staying after ASQ and eventually the officer ran out of patience and sent him to the back of the queue and told him to make his mind up where he was going to stay.

I suspect if you put down that you lived on the moon no one would bat an eyelid. I’m not sure that info is ever read or checked.

Put down your normal house address.

I will opt for that, and if they want proof, I still have the Korat immigration residency form stapled in my passport from my last visit in 2020
