If I heard correctly earlier on a Thai COVID information update video, the Thai spokesman mentioned Buriram for a quarantine hotel location.

Anybody can confirm?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation confirms that Buriram had hotels like Amari United Buriram designated as quarantine hotels, but there are doubts about their current status. Some commenters mentioned that they're no longer on the list from October, and logistical challenges exist for travelers aiming to reach Buriram from Bangkok. The situation seems fluid, emphasizing the need for current information to verify hotel availability.

It's a matter of needs , tastes and baht.

Google individual hotels yourself.

Too many logistical problems. You have to transfer from suvanabhumi airport to don muang. Then catch a domestic flight to buriram. They won’t put on a special flight just for 1 or 2 people. Cannot mix international travelers with locals. I wanted to do the same thing.

Yes There is one in Buriram but was sold out two months ago. Football season is starting so it will no longer be an ASQ. The owner also own Buriram united and that was main reason for him to open as ASQ so he could get place for his footballers to stay and presumably have fitness items for them

At this exact moment in time “LASQ” hotels still aren’t permitted. That may change in a day or two with confirmation printed on the Royal Gazette.

Amari United Buriram has been one but I don't know if it is continuing. I read they are no longer on the list from October.
