TLDR : Answer Summary
The documentation received after a negative PCR test result in Thailand varies. Some individuals have reported receiving results via SMS or email, and it is advisable to ask the testing facility about the method of communication at the time of testing.

did you have to show proof or vac? What did you show them? In the US we get a card with the date and Info on when we got the shot.
