I've never understood anyone using agencies in Thailand! There simply is no need. I've come to learn the Thai government are sceptical to about anyone using agencies! You can do everything yourself! 25 years I've never needed one. Just go to your local immigration office they will explain everything.

totally agree! The government reckons one rich person will spend the equivalent of 5 poorer people. They want gone backpackers and Pattaya images. Tour companies they have said will not be welcome.

Hi Dana. I am currently in Thailand and have been throughout the epidemic. I can tell you that things here will never be the same again as regards to tourists. Firstly what country are you from? They are creating "bubbles " with countries with low risk factors like Australia. Also it has been officially announced that Thailand future will only be interested in "high end tourists " so the more money you have the better. I would wait and see what the future holds.

If you are sure 100% go ahead! Believe me you can win a property back if your prepared to go about ten years in the courts! But it can be done I did it!!

You most definitely can open a bank account in Thailand I have two Kasikornbank and Bangkok bank use for online banking mainly but no issues! Wouldn't imagine you could open from UK though? Lots of paperwork copies required.
