Hello may I know is HKT airport operates 24 hours at this moment? can traveller overnight at the airport to catch an early morning flight on the next day?

Currently in thailand from usa, I know nobody knows when or how the borders/airports are going to open. Im starting to question my plan (which is to stay on amensty another 6 weeks and SEE what happens). My question/issue, if no amnesty and no borders runs, are we all going home at the same time? GIant rush to the airport? i see no other choice...anyone else?

I am traveling to bkk on 31st Dec... Is there any problem for immigration on that day? And I am having my next flight to Phuket on Same date
