not always i returned mid year and was allowed to stay only to the original date which was one year from date of issue. Be careful.

I had a rental agreement which they needed but I had to show the owners copy of passport. He was a USA resident but owned several units.

that did not happen for me. Airport immigration disputed that rule and I was stamped only to the of my original one year term.

I had to do tm30 even though I returned to same address. Jomtien office.

No problem at all. I did a blood test at the request of the physician. Screened for hepatitis or tuberculosis.

Yes, its fairly straighforward. I was asked to see leasing paperwork for condo I rent, in addition, I was also asked for copy of passport of the owner of the condo, thank goodness it in with the leasing documents.
