Hello, i am currently in Thailand and my passport is almost full (i still have some little space left on 2 or 3 pages, enough space for the small stamp of visa exempt entries but 0 blank pages left).
I plan to go to China and then go home from China. But my flight for China is on the same day as my last day allowed by my visa exemption in thailand, which means if i am not allowed to board in, i will have to take a flight the day after to go home, and therefore will get an overstay of 1 day.
I really want to avoid the overstay, i stay in thailand usually 6 months per year and i dont want to get more hassle in the future because of 1 day overstay.
Do you know if its possible in Bangkok to check in online and to through the immigration 1 day before the departure? And then to wait in the boarding area…?
Ps: 2 months ago i have been to China i already had 0 page left on my passport and it was ok at the immigration but the airline did not check… i dont need a visa for china and the stamp is very small, but now i really have not much space on my passport.
I have my 1st Retirement Visa and it takes up a ungodly amount of pages... if this happens every year i am screwed because my passport does not have that many pages.
Hi guys, posting anon because the group is open and my friends are nosey.
I am planning on applying for the DTV. I saw someone sayin they think they got rejected because they have their middle name on their passport but not on their bank statement. Anyone with any info? In the US it's normal to not use your middle name on documents really. My middle name in my passport but not my bank accounts, credit card, literally nothing else. Should I not even bother as I would waste $400? Thank you so much.
I am sending my application today. But one more question😅 I am applying in HCM so on current location can I just take a photo of my entry stamp in Vietnam or should I take picture of every page of my passport?
Anyone know if the passport plays a big role in terms of getting DTV?
Applied Friday for DTV through Dubai embassy as I have UAE Investor Residency, uploaded my Emirates ID and Drivers Licence just in case.
I have an Estonian company with what I work with, I wrote an employment letter from the company to me basically stating I can work any where and have salary of 10k euro monthly. With a wet signature.
As for the bank statement I sent them a Wio Bank PDF showing a balance of more than 70k AED.
I have German was already once to Thailand on visa waiver for 18 days.
Current status is Pending Document Check, only problem I’m currently not in Dubai.
I'm needing to complete a 90-day report for my children, but mine is not due the same date as theirs. The question is, to complete my children's 90-day report, do I need to sign the form, or do they sign for themselves (they are 11)? Also, we usually send a messenger to complete any 90-day report and only ever give the passports and filled forms. So since my own reporting is not due yet, only my children's are, do I also need to give them my passport or a signed copy?
Good afternoon mods and community, quick question here; Italian passport (expiring at the beginning of September) and METV visa, current stamp 24FEB-24APR - got a job and I’m aware that it is possible to change type of visa, either tourist or visa waiver, to Non-Immigrant within the country. My question is, are my last two consecutive blank pages enough? And another thing, when I will get the new passport, will the work permit need to be amended with the new passport number? Thank you all
PS: I’m aware about the fact that the year extension won’t be stamped if passport expires before; my question was about the first 3 months stamp. Thank you
