Just got a request for extra docs re: portfolio as I'm a video editor and the embassy staff said they were unable to access the links I provided (checked before I submitted, they were fine my end!) Have any other video editors experienced this? I think I'll send back a portfolio with a pdf slideshow of some screenshots from relevant videos instead with descriptions of the work I did, but if anyone else has any suggestions I am open!

Could I have clarification on the 500K THB.

My understanding was that you needed to show the amount in an account, but I have seen recently posts saying that they had the equivalent in another currency.

So I ask, do you need 500,00 THB, or will the equivalent in USD suffice?

Looking to apply in Hanoi as a remote worker. I recently started working remotely for a company based in Singapore and have all the required documents and 500K in my bank account.

As I just started this job though, and was previously travelling and had no income, I am worried of what will happen if they ask for 6 moths of payslips (which I have seen mentioned on this group a few times). Is it likely they will ask for proof of past income? Or will a contract and letter from employer with my current salary suffice?

Does the THB 500 balance have to be in the account each month for 3-6 month or is just ending balance ok?

I now have the required money in the account and don't want to wait 3-6 months.

Own corporation, can i simply wrote a letter to myself which says “Ro is an employee of XYZ tech and has been paying himself a steady salary of XYZ dollars and will continue to remain employed to his own corporation fir the next 12 months and will continue to get same salary” and show the funds in my corporation account as proof that my company has the money? Or will thry ask follow up questions lije show proof from your customers of a remote agreement?? Has any incorporated contractors been through this already? If so , what did your letter look like

Hello everyone, I would like to know what happens to the NONb visa and work permit if you go home maybe for a month or during school holidays, do you have to report somewhere or it gets cancelled and you have to do another one when you come back?

It's time to apply for a non o visa extension and I asked my landlord for a new TM 30 because I have been out of the country before. I was told that since I didn't notify the landlord that I have been out of Thailand and returned, I have to pay a fine to the landlord in order to get a new TM 30. Is this normal? Where are the rules listed that I must report to my landlord that I have been traveling? If I am in the wrong, how to calculate the amount of fine I have to pay and to whom? Thanks in advance.
