I habe AXA Thailand as well. Never had any issues with them, very helpful and no prepayment wenn in hospital, just showing member card and all is good.

How long were you in Thailand already before you got the 1 year EoS? I assume you already had your first 90 days while getting the extension if it was based on a non-immigrant O visa
