What are the best health insurance companies for expats in Thailand, and what has been your experience with their customer service?
Which health insurance companies and plans do you use? How's their customer service? I've been with Aetna/Allianz Ayudhya for a few years and want to change to another one. I'm looking at accident and inpatient only. Thanks

I have Pacific Cross 7 years now. One small claim 6 years ago was paid with no problem. Customer service has improved,they added a customer service representative.
