Which health insurance companies and plans do you use? How's their customer service? I've been with Aetna/Allianz Ayudhya for a few years and want to change to another one. I'm looking at accident and inpatient only. Thanks

I have Pacific Cross 7 years now. One small claim 6 years ago was paid with no problem. Customer service has improved, they added a customer service representative.
