Do I need to report my address in Thailand before my flight if it coincides with my 90-day check?

How long before am I allowed to do the 90 day check?

My flight is at 9pm on the 24th at night and if there is a delayed flight as unusual as that might be, I could go over one day.

Better to be safe than sorry.

This is my first time doing one sorry.
