I just got a Non O Marriage visa and Iโm entering phuket Thailand to activate it on Thursday 25th September to activate it.
Previously we filled out the TM30 online as if I was paying rent at my wifeโs house with a lease document when I was on a tourist visa.
Could you please let me know how does my wife fill out the TM30 now?
Do we just need the marriage visa document?
Is there anything else?
Thanks so much in Advance ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking guidance on how their wife should complete the TM30 form after they received a Non O Marriage visa. They previously filled out the TM30 online while on a tourist visa. The community responds by clarifying that the TM30 must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival regardless of renting or owning a home, and that the same information is required as before, which includes documentation that the wife owns the house. It can be done online, and users have provided links to the relevant TM30 filing process.

Your wife should have all the documentation required if she owns the house.
Edited to say I don't think there's any difference if you rent or not. It's all the same information they want from her about you.
Just skimmed through the post on my first read. ๐

Paying rent or not isn't a factor for TM30. TM30 is required by law if you are staying at a location. The owner must file the TM30 within 24 hours. So your wife would submit a TM30 same as before.
