Hello,

I have a NON O Visa/Extension based on retirement.

I went to London just under a month ago and I have just returned using my reentry permit to the same rental accommodation under the same rental agreement and my Non O Visa/Extension is valid to February next year.

Do I need to do a TM30?

Chiang Mai does require one to “update” the tm30 when returning to the same address from an “overseas” trip.

There are 80+ Thai Immigration offices and not all have the same requirements for the TM30.

It totally depends on each immigration office if you need to submit TM30 after you are back from abroad to the same address as before or not. Check with your local immigration office.
