Hello,
I have a NON O Visa/Extension based on retirement.
I went to London just under a month ago and I have just returned using my reentry permit to the same rental accommodation under the same rental agreement and my Non O Visa/Extension is valid to February next year.
Do I need to do a TM30?
Thanks in advance 🙏
TLDR : Answer Summary
The need to submit a TM30 when returning to Thailand after traveling abroad on a NON O Visa (based on retirement) can vary depending on the local immigration office. While some offices may require an update of the TM30 form upon your return, others might not. It is recommended to check with your specific local Thai Immigration office for their requirements regarding TM30 submissions, as policies can differ between the 80+ offices in Thailand.
