Is there an approximate approval time for Non O Marriage Visa Extension?
Hi Everyone,
I’m in the process of applying for my first Non O Marriage Visa extension
I took all the documents with my wife on Nov 27th to Phuket Town Immigration and they were accepted and I got a stamp to Jan 22nd 2026 in my passport.
The IO came to our house on Nov 29th and his colleague took photos of us in and around our house.
I was wondering if there was an approximate rough time for how long approval takes once it’s under processing?
Thanks in advance 🙏
TLDR : Answer Summary
The approval time for a Non O Marriage Visa extension can vary by office, but generally, you should return to the immigration office on the date stamped in your passport, which is the date under consideration for the extension. While it might be completed earlier, approval often aligns with the date indicated. It's advisable to check back close to that date for updates.
