If I was to get my Non-B in the UK and my wife come back to Thailand on 30 day visa exempt how easy would it be to get her Non-O in Thailand?

Would she have to leave Thailand to do it or can it be done at immigration in Thailand?

maybe they haven’t done a waiver before as it’s a new school and only opened last year, all the other teachers will be qualified. Any link about the waiver I can send them please?

This is what I was told by the school:

· Thai Teachers License: This is required for your work permit application as per Thai Ministry of Education guidelines, if you don’t have one, you will need to apply for one at the Ministry of Education and the fee is 3000 thb.

Update on this, just done my final extension at immigration and I was told no need to cancel this ED visa as it’s only 9 months (3+2+2+2).

Also I told him I had booked my flight a day after my visa runs out and he said I can extend for 7 days for 1900 baht or just over stay a day and pay 500 at airport. He suggested I did the latter as it’s cheaper and no black mark against me for the future.
