TLDR : Answer Summary
You can submit your 90-day report in person starting from 15 days before the due date until 7 days after the due date. It is advisable to arrive early at the immigration office to avoid long waits.

An update on how long it took. I arrived at immigration at 7am and was done and dusted my 10am. Wouldn’t recommend coming much later that 7am though because it got busy not long after.

rock star thank you.

a 90 day report is something people here on long term extensions and who are in thailand 90 days are required to file.

People on multi-entry Non-Immigrant visas, tourist visas & visa exempt entries of those are not required to file them.

Do you line up at that same front desk to get a ticket like all visa extensions etc?
