What should I do if I didn't receive my TM.6 departure card back after transferring my ED Visa to a new passport in Thailand?

ORIGINAL POSTERI recently got a new passport and yesterday went to Chaengwattana to transfer my stamps (ED Visa) from my old passport to new. When I got home I realised they didn’t give me back my TM.6 departure card back.
Any ideas what I need to do?

I went to the airport immigration section. They found my registration number on the computer and gave me a new departure card, crossed out the number, and wrote down by hand my actual departure card number.

, you aren't gonna get an extension on your visa without a TM.6 card so go make a police report stating you lost it, then when you go for your extension you'll have it to show and they'll give you a new one before they issue you your next extension.Vinny ********
