seems he's got 2 visas now when he just should have stayed on the non O with a work permit! Unfortunately most companies in Thailand don't know the correct rules! I have a non O based on marriage and you can work with a work permit, or supporting a child

Can't one just do the border bounce at Chiang mai immigration instead of the trip to Myanmar and back every 90 days? Lol you really need 400k in Thai baht or 40k a month earnings to do this at Chiang mai immigration, really?

We've been married for 10 years lol why is 90 days reporting in cmai more difficult than just going to Myanmar and back every 90 days? My friends with a none immigrants B just do it online, whereas none o based on marriage must exit and come back into Thailand
